The correct saddle position is crucial for fun when cycling.
Whether it's a hire bike or your own bike from a suitcase, we'll show you how to adjust your riding position so that you're just as comfortable in the saddle at training camp as you are at home.

Important: To set the correct seat position and handlebar height, however, you must have already measured the saddle position and handlebar height before travelling (see TOUR 1/2012 ->).
