Tyre expert Wolfgang Arenz has set himself the goal of building the best bicycle tyres for every application. The small tyre manufacturer from the Sauerland region wants to show the big brands how it's done.
Tyre guru Wolfgang Arenz, who once invented the Black Chili compound for Continental and later developed rubber compounds for Specialized and Schwalbe, is launching his own tyre brand on the market, which will be available from 2019. The Race model (photo above) is an all-rounder designed to take on the class leader from Conti. The tyres are available in own online shop, aboutbike-components.com or at selected specialist dealers.
