Brake discs and pads are all the same, aren't they?
Not true - they make a huge difference. That's why we equip your bike with brake discs and brake pads.
Trickstuff brake discs are made of high-quality steel. Above all, however, they are thicker than most other discs - this ensures less distortion, less heating of the brake system and longer durability.
Thanks to the sophisticated hole pattern in the friction ring, we achieve a perfect combination of even pad cleaning, heat capacity and cooling behaviour.
And not to forget: Trickstuff brake discs are provided with a chamfer on the outside, the Trickstuff "Dächle", for stress-free wheel installation.
We offer the right disc for every application:
Ultra Light (UL): low weight without compromising braking performance.
Heavy Duty (HD): Deliberately heavy for a higher heat capacity and improved stability. Does not shy away from the toughest loads.
Our brake pads in the POWER and STANDARD pad compounds were not only convincing in the BIKE brake pad test. They have now established themselves as an inexpensive brake tuning in the Mountain Bike World Cup.
POWER: the strongest brake pad we have ever made. Won't let you down even on the longest descents. The ideal pad for downhill-orientated riders and competitors, and also for heavy cargo bikes.
STANDARD: The most sensible brake pad we have ever made. Inexpensive, extremely durable, only surpassed in braking power by Trickstuff POWER. Reliable deceleration not only on mountain bikes. Especially for frequent riders with road bikes, marathon bikes or touring bikes, a brake pad that lasts a long time and always delivers performance at the highest level is indispensable.
