The Compex mi-Sport regenerates tired muscles
Recover, relax, relieve pain and train using electrostimulation of the muscles: The mi-Sport from Compex offers a variety of programmes in seven training categories.

Before using the device for the first time, you need to read the operating instructions carefully - given the range of functions, nothing works intuitively. However, once you have the basics down, the so-called mi technology simplifies operation: the device recognises the muscle to be treated and adapts the electrical stimuli to it. It specifies a range of stimuli that can be adjusted to personal well-being. Anyone using electrostimulation for the first time will find the involuntary muscle contractions strange or even unpleasant. However, you soon get used to it, partly because the beneficial effect is noticeable. Especially after intensive training sessions on the bike, it is pleasant to have your legs kneaded and the recovery effect is clearly noticeable. However, we did not notice any increase in the strength of individual muscles, and we did not want to wait for an improvement in endurance. Training on the bike seems more "appealing". The electrodes stick well when used regularly. If the treated areas of the body are free of hair, they also last a long time.
