As endurance athletes, we have a tremendous privilege: we can work for our happiness. Every day,
we go out and train. Central heating and a sofa are nice achievements. But all the time? It's much more satisfying to come home after braving nature. Every workout is a little adventure, an opportunity to feel ourselves and the world around us intensely; to breathe in energy and breathe out anger.
In order to achieve real happiness, you should set yourself a goal. A shimmering goal. Big and a little impossible. But not totally impossible. So that it can be achieved with a plan. With such a goal in mind, we know why we are training. We feel our strength growing, bit by bit. And experience how the almost impossible becomes possible in the end: How we realise our dream of the perfect race.
No matter whether you want to test your strength in a city race or climbing the highest mountains: We have the plans to make these goals tangible - for beginners as well as advanced athletes. For young and old. From six to more than eleven hours a week. I hope that you can forge your happiness with our plans.
