It has taken the Tour de France more than 100 years to discover Corsica. But because they are in such a hurry, the professional cyclists only realise how beautiful the island is. We were in Corsica and took the time to cross the island in six stages.

- Day 1: Into the Corsican Dolomites (45 km, 1,480 altitude metres, max. 14 per cent gradient)
- Day 2: Through the lonely interior of the island (134 km, 1,950 m elevation gain, max. ten per cent gradient)
- Day 3: The classic: Corte - Porto (84 km, 1,400 m elevation gain, max. eight per cent gradient)
- Day 4: On the trail of the Tour de France stage (87 km, 920 m elevation gain, max. 11 per cent gradient)
- Day 5: Garten uns Wüstenei (103 km 1,110 m elevation gain, max. eight per cent gradient)
- Day 6: Around the Cap Corse to Bastia (106 km, 1,200 m elevation gain, max. seven per cent gradient)
