Tour of Poland 2023
The Tour de Pologne takes place annually and consists of seven or eight stages. It is usually around 1200 kilometres long and takes place between July and August. The race was first organised in 1928 and is considered the oldest and most important cycling race in Poland. Dariusz Baranowski, Andrzej Mierzejewski and Marian Wieckowski share the record for the most overall victories with three each. Two Germans have also won the Tour of Poland: Stefan Schumacher in 2006 and Jens Voigt in 2008.

The yellow jersey - the overall standings
In the Tour of Poland, the rider who has the lowest overall time after adding up the times of all stages - including time bonuses and penalties - sits on the shoulders of the overall leader.
The white jersey - the points classification
Is worn by the leader in the points classification of the Tour of Poland. Points are awarded at the finish of each stage.
The points key for stage arrivals 1-7: 20-19-18-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 points for the first twenty riders.
The blue dotted jersey - the mountain classification
Determined by adding up the points scored on all climbs of each of the 7 stages - with the exception of the individual time trial on stage 6.

The blue jersey - the most active rider
In the "LOTTO INTERMEDIATE SPRINT" classifications, the first three riders in the Tour of Poland receive the following number of points: 3, 2 and 1 point.
