The 33-year-old is regarded as one of the best female cyclists in the world and has already achieved numerous prestigious victories in her career. In the current season, Longo Borghini has won the overall standings of the UAE Tour Women and the Giro d'Italia, among others. She is one of the favourites for the Tour de France Femmes 2025. With her move to UAE Team ADQ, there is undoubtedly only one thing at stake for the team: winning the Tour.
Strong help for Longo Borghini
Australian Brodie Chapman will play an important role as a helper. With her experience, the Australian can do good positional work for Longo Borghini and help for a long time on the mountain. With the young Polish rider Dominika Włodarczyk, the team also has a promising talent in its ranks, who made a name for herself at the Santos Tour Down Under 2025 with a fourth place in the overall standings. For Włodarczyk, however, the Tour de France Femmes will be about providing the best possible support for her captain. Another important helper is Karlijn Swinkels.
