Team Picnic PostNL is one of the up-and-coming teams in women's cycling. With 18 female riders, there is an interesting mix of established professionals and promising young talents. At the front are the German Franziska Koch, the Italian Marta Cavalli and the British Pfeiffer Georgi. Cavalli has already celebrated stage victories in major national tours in the past, as well as good positions in the overall classification. Georgi, on the other hand, has made a name for herself as a classics specialist. Charlotte Kool for the sprint
In addition to the riders for the mountains, Team Picnic PostNL also has a powerful sprinter. Charlotte Kool is always at the front when it comes to the sprint, even if she has not yet managed to win the World Tour this year.
Team Picnic PostNL pays particular attention to promoting young talent. 20-year-old Nienke Vinke from the Netherlands has already attracted attention with a ninth place in the overall standings at the Vuelta España Femenina 2025. The 21-year-old Eleonora Ciabocco from Italy finished 16th overall at the Santos Tour Down Under 2025. With 19-year-old Silje Bader and Ella Heremans, who is the same age, the team also has two of the youngest riders in the World Tour peloton.
