Historic pavement: if you put too much pressure in your tyres, the Tremola road will shake the filling out of your teeth.
The Gotthard Pass in Switzerland (2,106 metres) is one of the most beautiful Alpine passes and will make climbing fans beam with joy.

One of the most important Alpine transit routes runs over the St Gotthard. Fortunately, most cars use the tunnel between Göschenen and Airolo, which was opened in 1980. And thanks to the recent restoration of the historic route on the south side, cobblestone by cobblestone, the crossing is once again a must for climbers.
