The low handlebars, which are in line with the top tube, make the Aero 2 race even when stationary. The integration of the brakes is spectacular: feather-light carbon arms that are fixed to the inside of the fork and rear triangle and - not a matter of course for such special constructions - even brake passably well. Disadvantage: Because of the brakes, there was no room for the wide 808 wheels from Zipp. In the wind tunnel, the Aero 2 was therefore the only bike to compete with its own wheels and only took eighth place. At 40 km/h, the gap to the fastest bike is 15.5 watts - a small world in this league. However, it is very likely that the bike would improve with the 808 wheels from Zipp. To do this, the brakes would have to be replaced with standard models - this would be possible. The integration of the Di2 drivetrain is visually and functionally perfect.
