Prologo My Own saddle in the TOUR individual test
The Taiwanese saddle brand Prologo calls a system "My own" to help cyclists find the right saddle.

Dealers who work with My own ask the customer for their usage profile, determine the sit bone distance, spinal flexibility and body mass index. Software uses these parameters to calculate and recommend a saddle from the Prologo range, which includes twelve models for road cyclists. The procedure takes just a few minutes and delivers reliable results. The recommended saddle was a hit with two TOUR editors who played through the system. One of them - the new Scratch 2, a classic, relatively narrow racing saddle with a slightly rounded surface - was used for 1,500 kilometres during the Mallorca training camp in March. Findings: The firm padding makes the saddle seem quite hard at first, but thanks to the flexible base, it is comfortable even on distances of 150 kilometres or more. The microfibre surface is very abrasion-resistant and the saddle is well made overall. It can be adjusted horizontally over a wide range. The Scratch 2 is available in different versions, for example with a hollow in the seat or carbon struts. The version we rode with round Tirox stainless steel stays weighs 218 grams.

PLUS My own: quick and easy; Scratch 2 Tirox: comfortable, wear-resistant, well made
