Test rider Ines: "Saddle, handlebars, suspension, position, tyres, electric gears - everything is super comfortable! My bike for an Alpine marathon!"

The Trek Domane caused a stir last year with its suspension concept; based on the innovative frame, there are also women's versions in three equipment variants. With the WSD geometry, the head tube is one centimetre longer, but otherwise the frame performs convincingly all round, as usual with Trek. The 5.9 version not only stood out in the test with its white and gold colour scheme, the test ride also left a lasting impression. The riders consistently praised the comfort of the bike from the handlebars to the saddle - there was nothing that seemed the least bit uncomfortable. The wide, smoothly rolling tyres also convey a very safe riding experience.

**Manufacturer's specification, test size bold.
***Stack/reach: projected vertical/horizontal measurement from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; STR (stack to reach): 1.45-1.55 means a sporty riding position, below that a racing position, above that a comfortable position.
