The Liz sits firmly on the road - a racing bike with agile steering behaviour and a sporty position. Unfortunately, this also applies to comfort - the handlebars and saddle felt quite hard. A tuning tip would be lighter wheels and smoother tyres, which would quickly bring the bike up to pro level. The most expensive of six equipment options is shown, and you can also choose from a number of paint finishes in a configurator.
PLUS Stiff frame, top gear group, lively acceleration, individual colour choice for an extra charge
MINUS low suspension comfort, fairly simple wheels
Conclusion Annina: Goes well forwards, agile steering and really sporty, a true racing bike. Unfortunately a bit harsh.
Conclusion Manuela: Rolls well, shifts gears superbly, rides lively. But it would also be too uncomfortable for me.
Rating in the TOUR test lab: overall grade 1.9
