Test rider Steffi: "It's great to ride, very comfortable and suitable for long distances. But I hardly felt the difference to the cheaper Focus."

The frameset of the Izalco Donna 2.0 is almost identical to the cheaper 3.0, even in terms of the measured values; the information on seating position and handling therefore also applies here. With internally routed cables, BB30 bearings and high-quality paintwork, the frame looks modern and has a clean finish. In the test, as with the cheaper model, the contact points were particularly impressive: easy-to-handle handlebars with a flattened centre section and a comfortable saddle. However, in view of the minor differences in the equipment - apart from the gears and brakes (Ultegra instead of 105), only the tyres differ from the entry-level model - we find the surcharge of 500 euros a little steep.

*The frame set accounts for 40 % of the overall grade, the equipment for 60 %. The grades are calculated up to the final grade with all decimal places; however, for the sake of clarity, all grades are given with rounded decimal places.
**Manufacturer's specification, test size bold.
***Stack/reach: projected vertical/horizontal measurement from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; STR (stack to reach): 1.45-1.55 means a sporty riding position, below that a racing position, above that a comfortable position.
