Test rider Nadine: "The position on the Cube is very sporty - which is completely okay for me. The only thing that really bothered me was the handlebars."

The GTC Pro is the mid-price of three Axial models that Cube has launched especially for women - and the most affordable with a carbon frame. It is based on the tried and tested Agree GTC Pro with almost identical features; the changes are limited to the triple drivetrain, a women's saddle and the paintwork; in addition, unlike the Agree, it is also available in size 47. Not every female rider was able to cope with the very sporty geometry of the frame, which is exacerbated by the rather long stem; however, this suits female riders who are used to racing. The wide handlebars, which are flattened at the top bar but have an unfavourable angle for the palms, could be improved.

PLUS very stable carbon frame; triple drive; solid equipment
MINUS Frame set comparatively heavy; uncomfortable handlebars

*The frame set accounts for 40 % of the overall grade, the equipment for 60 %. The grades are calculated with all decimal places up to the final grade; however, for the sake of clarity, all grades are given with rounded decimal places.
**Manufacturer's specification, test size bold.
***Stack/reach: projected vertical/horizontal measurement from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; STR (stack to reach): 1.45-1.55 means a sporty riding position, below that a racing position, above that a comfortable position.
