The manufacturer from Cloppenburg has obviously got a lot of things right. The geometry strikes a pretty good balance between a race-orientated and comfortable riding position. The distinctive feature is the steeply sloping, extremely thin top tube, which also gives riders with short legs sufficient freedom of movement. The riding stability is in the green zone for light riders, the suspension comfort on the saddle could be improved with a lightweight carbon seat post. The Izalco is the only bike in the test without a women's saddle. No problem for the testers, on the contrary: the narrow racing saddle was well received. The same applies to the handlebars, which are narrow at the top but wider at the ends.
CONCLUSION
ManuelaSit on it and feel good. I could take the bike off the rack and ride off.
IsabelTop seating position, stable ride. The handlebars are very comfortable to grip.
