Tour de France winner Tadej Pogacar goes into the final stage of the UAE Tour on Saturday as the leader. The Slovenian professional cyclist crossed the finish line with the peloton on the sixth stage in Dubai and thus defended his lead in the overall standings.
Pogacar is still four seconds ahead of the Italian time trial world champion Filippo Ganna at the Tour of the United Arab Emirates. The Russian Aleksandr Vlasov is 14 seconds behind in third place. Czech rider Mathias Vacek secured victory on the sixth stage after 180 kilometres.
