Die achte Etappe der Tour de France 2022 führt über 186,3 Kilometer von Dole nach Lausanne in der Schweiz.
The 109th Tour de France makes a detour to the fourth country on the eighth stage. So far, the Tour of France has already travelled to Denmark and Belgium. After the start in Dole, the finish on Saturday is 186.3 kilometres further south-east in Lausanne.
After a flat 30 kilometres, the route becomes much more undulating through the French Jura, but without any major obstacles. But the finale is a tough one. From the shores of Lake Geneva, the peloton is led up to the Olympic Stadium. The last kilometre alone has sections with gradients of up to 13 per cent. Once again, the favourites have to be vigilant.
