Tour de France - 2nd Tour stage: Headwind over the Great Belt

The 109th Tour de France continues on Saturday with the 202.2 kilometre second stage from Roskilde to Nyborg.

The finale leads over the almost 20-kilometre-long bridge over the Great Belt and was a big topic in the run-up to the race. However, according to the weather forecast, there will be a headwind there, so the dreaded chaos is unlikely to materialise. However, this could happen in the 30 kilometres or so before the bridge if the peloton heads south and the wind comes from the side.
