In September 2015, Peter Sagan pedalled to the world championship title as a soloist sitting on the top tube, a year later he defended the rainbow jersey at the World Championships in Qatar - this time in a sprint. The 27-year-old Slovakian has also won the Tour de France green jersey five times to date and his first major classic, the Tour of Flanders, in spring 2016. However, the extroverted professional cyclist has not only thrilled fans with his successes, but also with many entertaining ideas such as film sequences that he re-enacts on his bike, daring descents, wheelies on mountain top finishes and snappy remarks.
