Team Bora-hansgrohe has presented its new workwear. It is worn by a greatly changed team.

The British clothing brand Le Col is contributing the redesigned jersey for the 2022 season - the work equipment will continue to come from Specialized. The design of both is inspired by US baseball. The jersey was optimised in wind tunnel tests and is offered in the "No Off Season" collection. The name "refers to the camaraderie within the team. Because this camaraderie naturally knows no break," the press release states.

However, the camaraderie in the "Band of Brothers" has already come to an end, as the list of team departures is long. Starting with long-time sporting director Enrico Poitschke and numerous riders: Pascal Ackermann (UAE Team Emirates), Peter Sagan (Team TotalEnergies), Marcus Burghardt (?), Andreas Schillinger (career end), Rüdiger Selig (Lotto Soudal), Maciej Bodnar (Team TotalEnergies), Daniel Oss (Team TotalEnergies), Michael Schwarzmann (Lotto Soudal) and Erik Baska (Dukla Banska Bystrica) are no longer with the team.

In addition to sporting director Rolf Aldag, the following riders are new team-mates: Cian Uijtdebroeks, Sam Bennett (Deceuninck - Quick-Step), Shane Archbold (Deceuninck - Quick-Step), Ryan Mullen (Trek-Segafredo), Danny van Poppel (Intermarché-Wanty-Gobert Matériaux), Jai Hindley (Team DSM), Sergio Higuita (EF Education-NIPPO), Marco Haller (Bahrain-Victorious), Aleksandr Vlasov (Astana-Premier Tech), Jonas Koch (Intermarché - Wanty) and Luis-Joe Lührs.
