The ÖVB Arena in Bremen is once again the venue for the start of the year. The 59th edition of the Sixdays Bremen offers a compact four-day sports programme with Nils Politt and track world champions as star guests.

The 59th edition of the Sixdays Bremen will take place from 9 to 12 January 2026. The star guest will be last year's winner Nils Politt, who will compete with new partner Matias Malmberg from Denmark in 2026. In 2025, the professional cyclist from Hürth won with his Dutch partner Yoeri Havik. Track world champions Moritz Augenstein and Roger Kluge will also be one of the twelve teams competing together. There will also be competitions for the women, the track sprinters, the U19 class and paracycling. Olympic track champion Franziska Brauße and Romy Kasper are the best-known pairing in the women's race.

Compact four-day format

The Sixdays Bremen were cancelled from 2021 to 2023 due to the pandemic. It was then restarted. The event in the ÖVB Arena in Bremen was shortened from six race days to four event days. All information on the programme and tickets at www.sixdays.de
