The initiative affects both the men's and women's teams, while the official team name Lotto-Intermarché remains unchanged. The reversed jersey will be used in all races in these countries, including the Volta ao Algarve in mid-February and the Tour de France in July.

The decision to wear a reversed jersey in selected countries emphasises the team's international focus and the close cooperation with the title sponsor. "These markets are of great importance to our sponsor Intermarché. The team will wear the upside-down jersey at all races in France, Poland and Portugal, starting with the Grand Prix La Marseillaise this weekend, followed by the Volta ao Algarve in mid-February and the Tour de France in July," explains Jean-François Bourlart, General Manager of Lotto-Intermarché.
