Rating cycle races and cycle marathons - TOUR Event-Check: These are the most popular cycling events

1,250 ratings were submitted by TOUR readers in the 2015 event check. As we cannot take every RTF into account, we have pre-selected the events and pre-selected particularly popular events. The most popular race for everyone was the Rothaus Riderman and the Rhön Cycle Marathon was the winner of the marathons.

The last place for Circuit Cycling should not be misinterpreted - the participants were nevertheless satisfied with the event: 92 per cent would recommend it to others. At the Riderman however, is 100 per cent - and at the same time it is the clear price-performance winner. Circuit Cycling received minus points for the catering section in particular.

The Mecklenburg Lakes Tour would recommend 90 per cent. However, the event received high deductions due to the entry fee: according to TOUR readers, the price-performance ratio was worse than that of the other events assessed. The Rostock Cycle Marathon was rated as a tip for this point - but was not fully convincing in terms of organisation or the route. The Rhön Cycle Marathon shines on all points - no wonder it is 100 per cent recommended.
