The streaming service Netflix has announced the release date for the 2022 Tour de France documentary.

Netflix announced in a trailer that the eight-part series "Tour de France: Unchained" will be released on 8 June. For the documentary series, eight teams were followed during the last Tour, including the German team Bora-Hansgrohe and Jumbo-Visma, for whom the victorious Dane Jonas Vingegaard rides.
Tour de Fracne: Unchained as successful as Drive to survive?
Cycling is hoping that the series will have a similar effect to that experienced by Formula 1 with "Drive to survive". According to a survey by Nelson Sports, the racing series gained 73 million fans worldwide in 2021 alone.
