New year, new look: The Pinarello Q36.5 team will start the coming season with a completely revised look. Blue and gold dominate the bike and jerseys and are intended to create recognition at first glance. The new setup will officially hit the road at the end of January at the AlUla Tour in Saudi Arabia.

Pinarello has officially unveiled the new DOGMA F road bike and race kit for the Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team for the 2026 season. The bike is presented in a striking blue and gold colour scheme that harmonises perfectly with the new team jersey. The partnership between the two Italian brands as title sponsors is unique in the professional peloton. A limited replica version of the racing bike will be available for end customers.

From Scott to Pinarello

As reported, the racing team changed supplier during the winter break. This means that all-rounder Tom Pidock and his team-mates will be riding a Pinarello in future. The working machine will be the versatile Dogma F. Last year, the team relied on Scott bikes, using the aerodynamically optimised Foil RC and the lightweight Addict RC. This closes a circle for Pidock, as the two-time MTB Olympic champion (2020 and 2024) continued to ride off-road on bikes from the Italian luxury brand. Before switching to Q36.5, the Briton also rode a Pinarello for Team Ineos-Grenadiers.

Curious: Based purely on the figures and measured values, the Swiss team has slightly weaker material at its disposal. This is because both the Foil RC and the Addict RC performed slightly better than the Dogma in the TOUR test. The two models from the bike manufacturer from Givisiez lead a quartet of the best competition bikes with a top score of 1.5, which also includes the Canyon Aeroad CFR and the Specialised S-Works Tarmac SL8 count.

Proven components

The new design of the racing bike and racing suit in blue and gold looks extremely elegant. "This project is about translating performance values into design and creating a combination of bike and equipment that is instantly recognisable, refined and true to Pinarello's identity," Pinarello CEO Fausto Pinarello is quoted as saying in the press release. The Italians also announced that the Dogma F in team livery will also go on sale. No price has been announced for the replica version with SRAM Red AXS and Zipp 454 wheels, and the racing bikes will only be available in limited numbers.

The race kit from Q36.5 will also be available for amateur athletes. The replica version of the team jersey costs 140 euros, while the bib shorts are available in two versions from 220 euros. The Italian clothing brand also markets the sinfully expensive Unique Pro racing shoe as team equipment. At a cost of 550 euros, the pair is probably only suitable for true fans or wealthy drivers.
