Elisa Longo Borghini wants to win the Tour de France

Longo Borghini, who recently took bronze in the World Championship road race and also won the Giro d'Italia and the Tour of Flanders this year, has set herself ambitious goals for the 2025 season. "I will try to defend my title at the Giro d'Italia and win the Tour de France and one of the Ardennes Classics," the 32-year-old is quoted as saying on her new employer's website.

What's next for Demi Vollering?

With the transfer of Longo Borghini, one of the most well-known riders has moved on. However, the future of Demi Vollering, who is currently still riding for SD Worx - Protime, remains open. Their sports director Danny Stam had already announced the Dutchwoman's departure for the coming season at the beginning of the year. Initially, the 2023 Tour de France Femmes winner was also linked to UAE, but rumours recently intensified that Vollering could ride for FDJ-Suez in 2025.
