The press release does not mention that Ferrand-Prevot is to be used in road races. Ineos Grenadiers does not currently have its own women's cycling team for the road.

With Tom Pidcock, Ineos Grenadiers also has a top rider from the mountain bike sector in its ranks, although he technically competes as an independent starter in the mountain bike competitions.

What material do Pidcock & Ferrand-Prevot use?

There is a question mark over the equipment after Ferrand-Prevot's change. Pinarello, the supplier of Ineos Grenadiers, does not manufacture mountain bikes. Ferrand-Prevot is currently on a BMC Fourstroke on the road, just like Pidcock, but there is no brand name on his machine.
