The stable carbon frame provides a very upright riding position, which only the Trek bike surpassed in this test. The Koblenz-based company creates the pleasantly cushioned ride feel with several measures: the 25 mm Continental tyres, which are particularly voluminous on the wide DT-Swiss rims with a real 27 millimetres, as well as the very effective suspension seatpost, on which an unfortunately rather slippery saddle is enthroned. The voluminous handlebars, wrapped in very grippy tape, are extremely comfortable to hold. With the comparatively light wheels in this test field, the lightweight bike accelerates well, and the equipment is completed by a pure Ultegra with a small mountain gear ratio: 34-32 is available in first gear and takes the fear out of nasty ramps.
CONCLUSION Great equipment and comparatively light. Very upright riding position, many frame sizes
