Pinarello FP3
At the forefront in terms of image and appearance; others are better in terms of technology and price/performance

With its extremely elaborate, cleanly executed paintwork, the brand-typical curves in the fork and rear triangle as well as add-on parts painted to match the frame, the "FP3" looks no less elegant at first glance than Pinarello's top models "Dògma" and "Prince". However, the Beau doesn't quite fulfil the expectations raised in the test field. A look at the measured values is more like rain on an Adriatic holiday. At well over two kilos, the carbon frame and fork contribute significantly to the high weight of 8.3 kilos. During the ride, the bike feels comparatively cumbersome, which is also due to the simple tyres. We would also like to see more suspension comfort on the saddle and handlebars. The rest of the equipment with the "Ultegra" groupset and "Racing 5" wheels from Fulcrum is on a par with its class.
