Bulls Desert Falcon Pro 2013
Relatively heavy, stable frame, smooth running; relaxed riding position. Mostly high-quality equipment.

Shimano's Ultegra groupset, Schwalbe's top Ultremo ZX tyres, Aksium wheels - the Bulls equipment for € 1,499 is impressive. The new smooth-welded aluminium frame, in which the left-hand chainstay is significantly thicker than the drive-side one, allows a comparatively upright riding position. Thanks to the relatively long wheelbase, the extremely stable Bulls also runs straight ahead unwaveringly. With this set-up, the model is aimed at sporty touring riders, who should also appreciate the fact that the frame and fork leave room for tyres up to 28 millimetres wide. The rather simple add-on parts somewhat dampen the quality impression of the bike; at least the aluminium seat post from FSA has a solid seat clamp and a scale that makes adjustment easier.
