Today we are giving away a VYRON MDS-V3 seatpost from MAGURA worth 579 euros.

Six years ago MAGURA ushered in a new era of electronically controlled components for the first time. The VYRON seatpost was the first Vario seatpost on the market to be equipped with radio remote control and has since won several awards.

The third evolutionary stage is now a completely new development of the innovative technology. With the aim of optimising performance & speed, durability and intuitive operating logic, the MAGURA developers leave no component untouched.

The new VYRON uses an advanced Bluetooth wireless connection for particularly intuitive and fast operation. Decide for yourself at the touch of a button how long you want to adjust the support and position the saddle where you want it.

The hydraulics inside are also uncompromisingly designed for speed. The completely newly developed inner workings and a new servomotor enable an optimum oil flow between the chambers. The result is lightning-fast lowering of the support when it counts. Available in four stroke variants: 100, 125, 150 and 175 mm.

Mud, moisture and dirt are enemies of all electronics. In order to protect the control unit of the support from water and dust without compromise, it does not have a charging socket and instead relies on a sealed electronics cover. With IP67 certification, the VYRON MDS-V3 survives even short dives and therefore even the toughest days on the trail. The replaceable CR2 lithium battery supplies the post with power for up to a year and is available at a reasonable price from any electronics shop.
Like the gear lever on the right-hand side, the VYRON remote is ergonomically positioned on the underside of the handlebars. It is easily accessible with a small thumb movement and can be mounted directly on the brake lever using the MAGURA Shiftmix clamp. An aluminium protection ring ensures high resistance in the event of a fall.
