Trek's top model is available in three geometry variants: Race-like (H1), moderately sporty (H2) and emphatically comfortable (H3). The H2 version sets a first exclamation mark with its set weight of 1,300 grams. There are also details that other brands do not offer: The transmitter for the computer sits in the chainstay, the seatpost is pushed over an attachment on the frame and has excellent suspension. Trek was a pioneer with the idea of designing the frame for mechanical and electric shifting. The Di2 drivetrain fitted to the test bike works like a dream, but drives the price up to dizzying heights. However, the Trek modular programme allows the frame to be equipped at a much lower price. The relaxed riding position should suit many riders. The riding stability is on the safe side for the vast majority of riders. The handling is very manoeuvrable.
