B'Twin Triban 520
Inexpensive and good: The Triban 520 from Decathlon's own brand B'Twin offers much more than you would expect for 599 euros.
Beginning of 2016 we had already tested a Triban 520 from B'Twin. Apart from the weight of almost eleven kilos, there was little to criticise about the bike - which was almost a sensation at a price of 399 euros at the time.
With higher-quality equipment, the bike costs 599 euros this time, which is still almost unrivalled for the technology on offer. The hammer price is possible because the French sports discounter Decathlon can calculate its own brands, including B'Twin, for more than 1,000 shops worldwide very differently to normal retailers.
