And yet the retro look conceals ultra-modern technology: the fairly light aluminium frame is stiff and comfortable, while the fully hydraulic SRAM disc brakes stand out in particular. The bike is designed for a more leisurely pace - the riding position is upright and the steering behaviour is decidedly unagitated. The small gear ratios for steep climbs, the fairly wide handlebars and the comfortable saddle are a perfect match. Small weaknesses are revealed in the details: the rear brake line rattles on rough surfaces in the down tube; the elegantly attached but too narrow mudguards do not fully protect against splashing water. Also, because the bike has no lighting system, it is more suitable for a leisurely Sunday ride than as an all-weather commuter bike.
CONCLUSION Comfortable cruiser with modern technology in a retro look. Powerful brakes, small gear ratio
