Stevens Comet
Stevens stands for sensible bikes, showing off is alien to the supplier from Hamburg. The Hanseatic company's top model also reflects this philosophy.

The Comet frame dispenses with visual extravagance and concentrates entirely on inner values. Weighing just under 900 grams, it is still one of the very light carbon frames, its stiffness values are exorbitant and the suspension comfort is also acceptable. Another strong argument is Stevens' extensive modular system; hardly any other supplier offers more equipment options. In the case of the test bike, a faster wheelset would have been a particularly good upgrade. Campa's Shamal wheels are tried and tested, solid and reasonably light, but show clear weaknesses in the fight against the wind. Otherwise, there is nothing to criticise about this pleasant bike.

CONCLUSION Lightweight and stable. Many modular options. Reasonably affordable. Aerodynamically weak due to flat rims
