In this comparison, the Rose scores with the lowest frameset weight and very high stiffness reserves. The geometry tends towards the comfortable range, but still allows a sporty pace. The balanced handling with good directional stability should appeal to touring riders. At first glance, the Tiagra groupset appears to be below average for a mail-order bike, but the bike is 100 euros cheaper than the majority of the test field. The weak brake pads could also be improved here. On the other hand, high-quality Ritchey components are installed, of which the ergonomic handlebars in particular deserve praise - as does the triple crankset with a wide range of gear ratios, which unfortunately shifts a little awkwardly.
CONCLUSION Very good frame set with moderate comfort geometry. Relatively light. Triple crank, many sizes
