The secret of customised production at HiLite is the modular production moulds, which can be varied in size depending on the size or length of the frame ordered. In this way, the company is able to produce frames between 48 and 64 centimetres high. HiLite works with the system of the renowned American specialist Retül to measure its customers.
The extremely flat tubular profiles are striking in terms of shape. According to HiLite, this design guarantees a high level of spring comfort. Prices for a customised frame from HiLite start at 5,000 Swiss francs.
