Stevens Xenon Di2 2014
Visually restrained and technically convincing base with good equipment. Many, finely graduated sizes.

Exuberance is alien to Stevens, the Hamburg brand stands for inner values. The outwardly restrained carbon frame of the Xenon also follows this principle. Frame weight under 900 grams, set weight 1,342 grams - such values also characterise high-end frames. The electric Ultegra Di2 with eleven sprockets is a perfect visual match for the superb frame. Functionally, the groupset is currently the ultimate in shifting and braking technology. The more expensive Dura-Ace Di2 may be lighter, but there are no noticeable differences to the Ultegra. The only weakness of the bike is the noticeably moderate comfort of the saddle. With a lightweight carbon seat post, which modular pioneer Stevens certainly has in its range, and 25 mm tyres instead of the 23 mm tyres fitted, the bike would be much better cushioned.
