Best frameset, lightest complete bike, best equipment: unrivalled in this price range.

With the Xeon CRS-3000, the mail-order company from Bocholt makes an impressive appearance. The bike sets a first exclamation mark with its weight: at 6.85 kilos, it is the only bike in this price category to scratch the UCI limit and weighs a whopping 850 grams less than the best competition. On the test bench, the frame doesn't show any weaknesses, the equipment package is opulent; the ever-increasing gap for the competition should be a cause for concern, as the Rose would have had an outstanding position even in the 1,000 euro more expensive price class with its frame and final score. Visually too, the CRS, which can be configured in the modular system, is one of the highlights in the test field; from the handlebar tape to the saddle to the top tyres from Continental, the bike is perfectly matched to the black and red paintwork.
