With the new Teammachine ALR01 model, BMC shows that aluminium is still up to date as a frame material.
Formally, the frame is closely modelled on the Teammachine SLR01 carbon bike. Triple butted tubes allow a frame weight of 1,295 grams, which is favourable for the material. Available in five sizes and three configurations, with Ultegra, 105 or Sora groupset.
