Radon boss Chris Stahl would have preferred to send the aluminium racer in the breathtaking Toxicgreen colour. However, the painted model is significantly heavier than the black anodised version, which would affect the rating. But the bike doesn't have to hide in black either. Green colour accents give it a touch of pep, the finish with internally routed shift cables is elaborate, almost classy. The fact that a Radon is superbly equipped hardly needs mentioning. What is less well known is that the Bonn-based company blurs the boundaries between distribution channels and delivers its bikes on request via almost a hundred service partners, who carry out the adjustments for customers.
