Poison Exogen 2013
Because the fork was too short, it was not possible to test ride the Poison Exogen. The bike therefore did not receive a rating.

The mail-order brand from Neuwied last made headlines when it averted insolvency in January. Now things should actually be looking up again, but this test must be seen as another setback. Due to a fork that was too short, the test bike was not rideable; the tyre ran very close to the fork crown and dragged on the brake. We can't think of a comprehensible explanation for this faux pas. It is unlikely that this was a one-off slip-up. At the very least, the entire batch of forks is likely to be affected by the problem. The mishap also weighs heavily because it casts a bad light on the shipper's outgoing inspection. A functional check was obviously not carried out before the test bike was dispatched, otherwise the problem would have been noticed immediately.
