News 2020: Specialized Shiv TT - New edition of the Specialized Shiv TT time trial bike

No time trial bike has been built for longer - and has been successful at the highest level for so long - than the Shiv, which was launched in 2010. Now Specialized has presented its successor.
Compared to other aero bikes, its frame looks almost delicate. As was to be expected, it is designed exclusively for disc brakes and electric shifting systems. In addition to functional advantages, the consistent absence of Bowden cables means that assembly is significantly simplified. It is claimed that the bike can be assembled in less than an hour. The frame and wheels from Specialized's own brand Roval have been aerodynamically optimised. As a result, the new bike is said to be even faster than its predecessor.
