Inexpensive carbon racer with a good frame; however, heavy equipment with small functional compromises.

1,500 euros for a carbon racing bike? The price makes you wonder, but in the saddle it becomes clear: concerns about a cheating package are unfounded. On the contrary: the bike impresses with high riding stability, smooth handling and gives the riding impression of a significantly more expensive model. Visually, the frame with BB30 bottom bracket and internally routed brake cable can also keep up with more expensive models. Unfortunately, the weight advantage is partially cancelled out by the heavy fork, and the equipment is not the lightest either. The FSA brakes are not quite as powerful and easy to modulate as their "105" counterparts, but this is not critical. The stiff, well-mounted DT Swiss wheels should also be able to withstand heavy riders. A concession to the price and the only weak point are the hard-rolling clincher tyres.
