If the question were asked about reason on bikes, the answer would have to be a hard-anodised aluminium frame and Shimano's Ultegra Di2. The mail order companies Canyon and Rose offer both together. We discovered even more common sense in the test.
TOUR readers take a closer look: After reading the test of the 15 road bikes with the new Ultegra Di2 in the December issue forum user "la devinette" posted in the TOUR forum: "The selection of Di2 bikes could also have included aluminium models (Rose, Canyon etc.)". There is a good reason why we focussed on bikes with carbon frames in the aforementioned test. We wanted to take a closer look at the Di2 price breakers from Canyon and Rose and also pit them against each other in a direct duel.
