Cube Litening HPT
With the partially painted frame, Cube delivers a very individual interpretation of the titanium theme.

Cube has the frame of the "Litening HPT" built by Litespeed founder David Lynskey in the USA. His extensive experience with titanium is evident in the finely scaled, regular weld seams and an elaborately moulded down tube with a highly oval cross-section at the top and a transverse oval cross-section towards the bottom bracket. To distinguish the bike from other titanium models, parts of the frame, which weighs just under 1,400 grams, and the fork are painted white in typical Cube style. Red anodised add-on parts such as the headset, derailleur hanger, seat clamp and wheels form a successful contrast. On the test lap, the manoeuvrable bike proved to be a very pleasant companion. Despite the slim tube cross-sections, there was no noticeable tendency to wobble even at high speeds. The equipment impressed with its flawless function.

ConclusionCube delivers a very individual interpretation of the titanium theme with the partially painted frame.

*Weighed weights, complete bike without pedals; **Test frame size greased; ***Projected dimension from centre of bottom bracket to top edge of head tube/seatpost/head tube rise at 75 cm seat height (centre of saddle frame - top edge of headset cap)
