Solidly equipped, stable, relatively cheap, but heavy. For heavy pilots who like to race.

The Corones is based on a stable aluminium frame with neatly polished weld seams, the only drawback of which is its high weight. The test bike, nominally labelled as a size L, is long, so you sit stretched out accordingly. As the seat post offers hardly any offset to the rear, the comfortable saddle moves relatively far forwards - good for riders who put a lot of pressure on the pedals. The equipment with Shimano 105 brakes and gears as well as good Conti tyres has no weaknesses. The long wheelbase gives the bike good directional stability. Unlike the Dolomiti women's model, the compact handlebars from the Zzyzx own-brand harmonise well with the 105 levers. One drawback is the limited size selection. The top tube of the next smallest frame is a full 30 millimetres shorter.
