Technically, however, the bike can still hold its own. With a pleasantly relaxed riding position and noticeable vertical compliance on the saddle and handlebars, it fulfils its promise of comfort. The short wheelbase makes it very manoeuvrable. The thick handlebar sits comfortably in the hands, the tightly padded saddle is quite narrow for a comfort-orientated bike. The heavy FSA cranks with the 52/36 tooth chainring combination offer an interesting alternative to conventional compact cranks. The shifting performance of the chainrings in combination with the Ultegra drivetrain is flawless. The somewhat heavy Fulcrum wheels make a solid impression.
CONCLUSION Well-damped frame, functional equipment, agile steering behaviour. Cuts in cranks and add-on parts
